They have ported Tales console games from previous generations to Nintendo's handhelds in the past. Wouldn't surprise me if this happens.

I hope it's Symphonia so I don't want to buy a switch. It's probably going to be a really half-assed port though, not a remake because it isn't multiplat.

A port might be a good way to test the waters for interest of future Tales game on Switch. Vesperia would be a great choice since it's one of the best Tales games out there. Everyone's played Symphonia, so no need for that one.

A Phantasia remake would be epic though.

Wish they would just take all the mainline games, and just re-release them under some sort of "dedicated fan saga pack".
You get the first 3 or 4 games, then the next 3-4 come out later, then the 3-4 after that, etc. All left in tact, outside obvious fixes and any enhanced versions from over the years.
All across PS4 and Switch (fuck Microsoft, let them rot out of the market).
That way everyone can experience every one from Phantasia to Berseria.

I have a PS4, a Switch, and a PC. I want Vesperia for any of those. Ideally, PS4 or PC because I don't care about portability and would have rather have better performance, but Switch is fine too.

Bamco actually teased Vesperia on their Twitter not too long ago, so remaster is definitely happening, but I'd be surprised if they put this out only on Switch.
