Technically everyone has cancer cells in their body, do whatever you can to keep your immune system strong to limit their propagation.

Exercise, eat a ton of antioxidants, maybe only play Vidya that boosts your spirits and energizes you like Megaman X, Dragon Ball Fighter Z, and Yakuza.

Really any difficult games. I suggest something simple to start, like Super Meat Boy, and then slowly ramp up the difficulty.

It's true. Cancer is basically when a cell mutates and starts dividing uncontrollably. I'm not sure how common it is but it definitely happens to everyone all the time. The good news is that there are checks in place to kill cancer cells before they get out of hand. Your immune system is part of this. Cells themselves will often suicide if they realize they're turning cancerous.

No solid source because I read this back in my highschool textbooks, but it's apparently pretty common for cancer cells to erupt throughout your body. It's just that your body knows to quickly shut down these cells and have them killed off before they endlessly multiply. If you have cancer, it means your body fucked up and never activated a kill switch against those cells.
