While it does suck to be mid 20s+ without being amazingly successful or anything yet, you should also be glad you're life isn't a complete fuck up and that you still have time to turn things around.
I have old friends from high school who have families and successful careers with futures now yes but I've also got old friends who immediately had a bunch kids then got divorced or gained a criminal record or did loads of drugs or something of the like. And for them there absolutely is no future, they're going to be stuck till the end of their lives struggling to get by.
If you haven't irrevocably fucked everything up yet then you can still go to school for a degree or built up a resume and get a career with a future. It probably won't be something you dreamt about as a teen but it'll be interesting and accomplishing.
