It does, but they're not even close to being as tied to the system as they were on 3DS and Wii U. 3DS had Mii Plaza and all that shit, Wii U required a Mii for your profile, and they both had Miiverse. On Switch they're an optional profile picture and the Mii editor is hidden away in system settings.

I think either Waluigi or Daisy would be good additions to represent the mario spin-off titles. Mario and Luigi themselves are good embodiments of the SMBs series but Daisy and Waluigi could take moves from the dozens of spinoffs: Mario Party, Mario Sports, Mario Kart, and so forth.
Beyond that I can't really think of much i'd want added. I don't know if they expanded Mii face options on the switch but I would like them to work on the Mii Fighters. Good concept but functionally garbage and unplayable online, so I want them to address those issues
