Good job user
Damn user it's time to upgrade
shouldn't it be made into wood or something more solid?
Nigga just get a new box
What kind of buttons are those by the way?
I like it.
Nope, gimme a quick rundown please, id like to user.
Give me a bakaproof guide, I want to build a hitbox.
no kiddin'
Actually nah i was just testing out to see if the buttons were atleast functional. I'm planning on making an arcade cabinet for my lil bro & sis.
They're nothing fancy tho, just some cheap knock offs i figure
banggood.com
just google slagcoin and read.
I am not that into fighting games but very into building stuff.
Should I buy some cheap knockoff sanwas from aliexpress? or are they REALLY bad? consider that it would be only for casual dicking around.
Hitboxes are the easiest to build, mounting buttons is a lot easier than mounting sticks.
based
thanks dood
What can I use as a cheap box that I can customize easily? Do I just go out and buy wood or something? I don't know how to carpentry. It may be too heavy too as I am tiny.
I've seen some people buy little wood craft boxes and just drill button holes in, but I'm not sure if they make them big enough for a comfortable hitbox.
You could make an extremely simple ugly case if you're not too familiar with carpentry, it just needs to work
Interested in it and working on it. Not sure if I like hitboxes/fight sticks yet. So I'm building one to test it out.
Not sure exactly where to start though. Care to help me, bros?
I'll just get some autist to do it for me.
slagcoin
Is that some sort of site I go to where I can find parts/guides?
bitcoin for slags or to pay to pick up slags
google it
US parts store (buttons and joystick) there's ArcadeShock, FocusAttack, and Paradise Arcade Shop
please respond :(
They're bad.
They're bad user
Thank you.
I'm working on building a custom Astro City fightstick right now. I already bought the top bezel, buttons, and pcb (Universal Fighting Board), but I'll need to have the bottom part and control panel custom-made (it's going to be 1L8B). I would also like to give the coin insert some functionality, but a normal coin mechanism would probably be to big to fit in a case (they're normally 3.5" to 4" long for top-loading mechanisms).
That looks really impractical. The guy really should've reversed the pic if he wanted to make a joydick joke.
Sanwas are cheap as shit, just get the real ones off focusattack or paradise arcade shop.
Yeah
someone build a mixbox
I want to build something like this but I don't know how honestly, I'm still thinking how to do it. I have an Hori Real Arcade Pro V3 SA you think I could mode it to make a Mixbox?
