Yes, it is. Too bad we can't discuss it because we're on Sup Forums - shitposting and OH YAS MASSA threads
el goblino....
la atrocidad subaquatica...
Is this the company who fired one of its founders because he literally said he would treat an immigrant coworker like any other member of the team, and they considered the answer racist for not giving special treatment to an immigrant?

Uhm racist sexist much?

LA LUZ EXTINGUIDO....
I bought this game for the XBone and it was a piece of trash. Immediately returned it.
La cucaracha...
I'm not sure if it's THE BEST, but it's definitely really good.
>Makes the crafting element not a total fucking pain in the ass to work with like other games, except for the detail where you gotta have the right craft bench, but that's relatively minor to me
>Promotes heavy exploration in a unique environment that isn't subject to random generation nonsense
>Progression curve is quite good if you are willing to actually explore, a lot of people get stuck looking for a Modification Station, but there's actually 3 pieces in a sealed room near the Safe Shallows that most people just plain miss
>The Survival elements are very forgiving, grab a fish, slap it into a crafting system to cook or make water if it's a Bladderfish, eat and drink
>Early-mid game actually downplays the survival elements because by then, you'll be looting the Aurora which has a dozen water bottles and nutrient bars to sate you until late-game and you'll probably have a water purifier by then
>Actually want to read some of these data-logs
>Threats are few, but the ones you find are very much a real threat
Is it worth $25? Probably not to most people and I won't tell you to go buy it. But I'm having fun and that's all I care about.
Oh. I though this was a subnautica thread
>that's all I care about
I seriously doubt that considering the rest of your post
El pueblo unido...
el goblino de atlántico...
El mejor juego...
>El explorador de los Abyssios...
Serves you right for playing it on console.
I bet you bought PUBG on Xbox too.
el monstruo del lago americano...
jim stop showing your true colors here and make deviants and tumblrism again
I'm curious, what in my post leads you to believe that I care about anything besides enjoying the game? There's stuff I like and stuff I dislike.
la linterna negra del mar profundo...
>No multiplayer
Nope
well if you played more then 5 games in your life you'd know this game is ok at best and there are plenty of other titles out there that are better.
Such as..?
>Di Maria
>when you're eliminated from the C1
It's decent, but the lack of any competent mapping feature and crafting not drawing from nearby storages really takes away from the experience, also some late game stuff is sloggy, the final fetch quest in particular
It would if the performance wasn't so bad. I'm at lategame and the game is shitting itself so hard I fell through the floor in my prawn
I want more sea surface-submersible games, I think the environment is more entertaining to work with than all the spaceshit we're drowning in.
It is astounding how fast this game crashed and burned once the devs spoke their minds.
A month ago, an hour old thead would have been hundreds of posts of content. Now, its creatura memes.
Serves them right.
It's awful as a survival game because there's nothing to surviving in it, and it's not very good as a crafting game since your creativity is relatively limited due to just thunking down base parts. It is one of the most enjoyable exploration games though. The payoff isn't great and it loses a lot of oomph in the deeper regions, but it's really good for a while.
Probably not, they fired some cunt who thought Alex Jones was a serious news website though.
What a retard, right?
Not even close. It's an exploration game. Everything it does in relation to survival or crafting is too simple to give good cause to recommend this game to people interested in those genres.
>Is this the best survival crafting game ever made?
>no multiplayer
NO
sup nu Sup Forums
>consolei.4cdn.org
Found your problem. It's a lot better on PC and the mod tools are neat.
wtf are you on? The thing sold 2m copies. Sup Forums and Sup Forums are literally the only places triggered enough to sperg out about what some dev said on twitter.
LA ESTINGUIDO EXTRIMOS HOMBRES
and Sup Forums and Sup Forums can be very vocal and it is painfully apparent the devs shilled their game here.
Its a dangerous combo and anyone that stoops to it deserves anything that would happen to them.
It did?
Good to hear. It's a great game with quite a few flaws, but since there's nothing like it, it's good it did good.
Santa Maria...
Yes, not that its a huge accomplishment considering the competition.
But that pope is an eretic, I bet he's alright with interracial sex and people having mutt kids.
>it is painfully apparent the devs shilled their game here
If it is so clear as day, surely you can show us the proof?
el arcángel de los mestizos...
They didn't shill their game here you brainlet retard. The only evidence you have is that people talked about it a lot right after the release which by that logic, MGSV had a dedicated shill team shilling here for 3 months after it released.
El goblino...
shilling on anonymous bulletin board systems has inherent deniability, I'm not gonna get into a discussion trying to prove it.
Shilling does happen here, you just have to see it for what it is.
The user that brought up MGSV has more credibility than the guy outright denying it happens as a practice.
>>Threats are few, but the ones you find are very much a real threat
I dunno, a lot of them seem to be more of a nuisance than anything because they intentionally didn't design combat. Knowing that most things will stop bothering you if you just give it a fuckoff with your knife/drill does a lot.
Opinions that differ from his are proof enough for him.
I am incredibly glad I finished this before this shitposting started
Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it is being shilled.
Should it ever come to fucking PS4: Sure.
Well, I specifically mean the Leviathans who don't just casually fuck off if you get too close.
SHE
FUCKING
WON
Just because you do like something, doesn't mean it can't be shilled.
See how easy it works?
>He still can't prove something that is "painfully apparent"
BASED
...and here's why that's a good thing!
No proof of you molesting your dad at night is not a proof that you don't.
See how easy it is, dad molester?
Except it was clear that it wasn't shills considering that people were posting pictures as they played the game. Unless all the shills were playing through the game multiple times just for screenshots to post on Sup Forums.
No, because the protagonist was male. Literally unplayable
The gender was never revealed sweetie.
air pipes ruined it for me. if they were nerfed I would have enjoyed it more. I found a beacon to some place really deep in the ocean and made a line of 100 pipes to go down there and explore. Eventually I decided to abandon the pipeline and try to get a submarine instead. I made the seamoth, and to my surprise I couldnt even go as deep as my pipes because the seamoth could only go 200m and pipes could go down infinitely. That put me off the game for months. I hate it when your sense of progression is shattered like that. "Oh cool if I get this thing then I can go to that place ok Ill dedicate a few hours to getting that thing and...oh it actually does nothing what a waste of time" is the worst thing that can happen in a survival/exploration game
Seriously though, memes aside everything about that model is unattractive as fuck. It's like someone who only ever read about anatomy and never looked at any references came up with it.
You fundementally don't understand how shilling works. Not every poster in a thread is shilling, just the small part needed to keep the ball rolling.
Original threads were spartan with info, and when asked for more followup the response was always "just buy the game and check it out." That is a shill response instead of just answering simple questions.
I didn't have that problem, thankfully. Found the Seamoth, found the Depth Module for it on the Aurora which let me go to 300, then I crafted the mark 2 module and so on.
That idea never occurred to me.
Es monstro feo.....
> and when asked for more followup the response was always "just buy the game and check it out."
First year on Sup Forums? Good games aren't treated like shit games, remember the witcher 2? People feel good games need to surface about the piles of yearly same garbage. Stop attaching your emotions emotions to a game just because stupid dev's fired some stupid cunt. Game was good, not perfect, but enough for people to talk about it when it was relevant.
>>Early-mid game actually downplays the survival elements because by then, you'll be looting the Aurora which has a dozen water bottles and nutrient bars to sate you until late-game and you'll probably have a water purifier by then
I found the island and grew watermellons. they restored water and food. kept them into late game
This is albino goblino, a rare individual of it's kind indeed. Say something nice to him!
GASPARIN?!
Literally looks like one dude I used to go to school with
God rest his soul
Seriously though wtf?
>phone poster
I seriously thought it was another one of those Overwatch characters until I decided to pay more attention.
Yeah, the game has a weird asymmetrical progression to it. I didn't do that because I didn't have any grow-beds for it.
haha epic poltard thread
Why did Subnautica drop off the radar almost immediately upon release, but Kingdom Come is still being discussed?
Because people stopped shitposting about it.
one is newer than the other. when they both have been out the same timeframe, then look at each's popularity during that time from start to finish.
The real reason is one had a desirable "thinkpattern" and the other had the exact opposite thinkpattern (in its respective communities).
subnautic was playable for years before it "released". people talked about it for years. every single patch there would be a burst of more discussions. the release didnt add that much content. there was nothing left to discuss. kingdom come came out entirely in 1 go, so theres lots to talk about
how are you this much of a brainlet
Still being discussed? I havent seen a kingdom thread on the front page in days.
They lasted a couple weeks then nothing.
Is it not possible that the guy from Subnautica is just mixed raced? Why does anyone assume that's out of place for the universe? Why is there always a thread about this?
It's obvious you always use the picture of Ryley solely to make shitposting threads, so mods can we ban Subnautica threads from being made at all?
As a joke.
Obviously the protagonist is some asian pacific islander.
Its a joke (founded in reality). The fact that he turned out to be the exact look of what people feared he would look like, given the political climate within gaming (why there is one at all, I dunno) just lends perfectly to the meme potential. The fact that he looks like a long lost Bognadoff is only the icing on this layercake meme.
