well that showed nothing
i'm not familiar with the series what's unique about it
I owned V-Rally 1. It was the worst-handling racing game I have ever played - just hilariously bad.
One of the first 3D rally games.
Cant be worse than Dirt 4 right?
>Big Ben Interactive
yes
LOOK AT THIS SHIT
oh i think i had this on my old shitty flip phone
What's wrong with it.
Will I be able to follow the plot if I haven't played V-Rally 1-3?

Jesus, another? They did the latest Flatout, the most recent WRC games, that Man TT game and now this. They seem to be gunning for the "B-tier racing game" crown.
Flatout 4 was fine, and Man TT sounds alright so I might pick that up soon
tt game looks fun
seems to have a very nice feeling of speed
never really played any bike games though
Last bike racing game I played was probably the Isle of Man TT game on PS2. From what I've read this one is average-to-meh as a racing game but with a good recreation of the route, so if you want an up to date game that's just about the man TT then it's probably worth it. I'm
You missed out on Moto GP on Xbox/PC

I probably did. Also there's Ride 2 which is supposed to be good. I'm gonna wait a bit and see if I can get the TT game on sale; they're apparently adding sidecars in May, which will let me live out my autistic anime fantasy of TwoCar.
how do they usually play compared to car racing games
Not that guy, but randomly generated tracks did the game no favors. You'll find a lot of people arguing whether they made the physics better or worse and there's no good answer to that. What ultimately hurt this game for me is the random tracks. Hand crafted tracks can have a personality, a theme, a flow to them. When it's just randomly generated it's just nonsense and I have a hard time feeling like I'm actually driving on anything with a destination and care about nothing but the flat turns.
Yeah, randomly generated tracks suck because they use the exact same assets so it's like driving the same track over and over with different turns.
I would love it as an option, I do think they work decently well for giving you a surprise when you want that feeling of going into a new track blind, but they didn't need to cut regular courses all together. A whole game of going in blind is just blah and counter intuitive to the fun of Rally. A regular race is about master of the car, a Rally race should be a mix of mastery over the car and track.
Weirder? Like there's more to riding a bike than just turning the handlebars and that's a bit tougher to do in a game than a car.
Yeah, 100% agree. Completely scrapping them isn't the way to go because they do have benefits, it just needs to be optional. They are perfect for online play.
i think they can be done better
it doesn't have to work like building blocks
looking forward to a game that does it well
>no WRC official license
Who cares it won't be better than Dirt Rally. Nothings topped it yet.
