How do you deal with the wrist pain from playing video games so much? I’m trying to take a break from playing anything today but it still hurts.

I'm a guitarist and I play a shitload of vidya.
You need to be careful, I have chronic armpain from this shit. If you have serious pain you should refrain from playing for at least half a month or else you end up like me with chronic pain and unable to play anything click-intense.
Try some wrist stretches/exercises
See a doctor if the pain is too persistent
I've been having wrist pain during extended play as well, user. Get a wrist rest for your mouse hand if you havent already. Works wonders for me.
But also cut down on the amount of vidya you play for a little while, lest you exacerbate the problem.
Lastly, Do wrist stretches twice a day, and dont stop doing them when the pain begins to subside.
I dont hold my mouse like a bumbling retard so I dont have that problem
I usually make sure to masturbate once every two hours or so to keep everything loose and warmed up
yeah i dont understand how your wrist hurts from just playing games. maybe its a controller thing? idk
Don't wrist aim like an idiot.
I play on controller 12+ hours a day, no wrist or arm pain here, he's probably claw gripping his mouse like a faggot.
but it's so convenient :,(
The fuck kinda limp wrist faggot do you have to be to get wrist pains from playing fucking VIDEOGAMES?
do people seriously get this problem? how fucking much do you have to play video games for this to happen?
It’s not from a mouse, it’s a controller
I’d like to think you can get wrist pains from doing anything involving your wrists too much
do your pull ups you lazy fag
this and pushups are enough for me to reduce rsi. i rarely notice pain now, whereas before it was always there. don't do too many stretches. increased grip strength comes from doing more compound exercises. rest and ergonomics are also important while gaming.
I don't play on bad days, I use a wrist brace when it hurts, and I use a controller whenever possible since that puts less strain on my wrist than a mouse does. Might be the opposite for you and a mouse might be easier to use.
If this is recent for you and not reoccurring, then give games a break for about a week, even if you think the problem goes away in a day or two.

Prevention is better than cure. Especially if it's simple and non invasive.
Also , aim with your arm with a mouse , wrist for casual browsing purposes. And if you're using your controller , well , try not to keep the same posture for long?
What kind of vidya do you play?
I knead dough. Wrists and forearms get a workout every day
Does Sup Forums ever get tummy aches?
