I think whether it launches on pc with ps4/xbone depends entirely on the results of this e3. If we see a ps5/xbone whatever announcement, they'll just do what they did with gtav, and release a gimped version, hold back a good one, then release it on pc/next gen systems "woah look how much we care" etc etc.
