Who knows. They pronounce it "enemy is everywhere" for some reason, but "enemies everywhere" makes more sense.
A large hump is specifically used as a sign of high virility or something. Krogans are weird and hunched.

They're definitely not hunched, but it does look like they have various sizes of hump. Grunt is a tube baby Krogan though, which is probably why his hump is so much smaller and he looks a little different from the others.

That model isn't posed like krogans are in game, nor is it completely accurate. Notice that Shepard's eye level in game is actually higher than Wrex's, but that he's shorter than Wrex overall. Unarmored krogan (there are two on the Citadel in 2 as wellthe Shaman on Tuchanka) are pretty similar, but lack the extra height from armor.
Not really. ME2's story is very self contained, and the only things that it establishes are the various party members. Aside from Arrival (which is just sort of weird), nothing is done to really push the Reaper threat or even have the galaxy prepare for it in some way. Mass Effect 1 establishes that the Reapers exist, that they are coming (eventually), and that you've seriously slowed them down by getting rid of Sovereign before he could restart the Citadel Relay. Mass Effect 2 pulls you out of that continuity by having Shepard die after fucking around with Geth incursions for a bit, being dead for two years, and then reintroducing him under Cerberus, who are wildly different from how they're presented in 1. As you go through the game, the only information you uncover about the Reapers is that they mutated the Protheans and that they're creating some sort of babby Reaper out of human goo. The plot should have been more about building galactic relationships in some way (felt rushed in ME3, like the Rannoch conflict could have happened in 2 and made a lot more sense) or getting your crack team of operatives to strike at something a lot more plot relevant than the villains introduced and dealt with in 2 alone.
