Sim Settlements and your choice of weapon mods. I recommend as many as possible as long as they are integrated into leveling lists

Unique uniques, instead of getting weapons with generic legendaries from quests or buying them you instead get actually weapons with actually unique effects

They said they can't use the original voice acting so they have to recreate it themselves. It's not dead but it's going to take a very long time to be completed unless they just skip VA altogether

New Vegas didn't even have shadows and all characters had horrible neck seams

Only thing I find different or don't like is that you can't tell where where friendly/hostile characters are and that's just more realistic to be honest
