Only Noct can warp of his own accord. If a character warps, its because Noct gives him the power or they're somehow tied to the Ring of the Lucii. OP's pic is just shitty gameplay.

I think until Noctis dons the ring and fuses with the Crystal, his powers are only shared with those closest to him. That would at least explain why Glaives are suddenly able to use it during Comrades despite the movie making it obvious no one can use them when the king is dead.

Does anyone use the Ring of Lucci? I use it sometimes and it's kind of fun,but also boring. Does it scale with your magic stat? I figured it would, maybe that's why my damage was kind of weak with it.
