Paragon was actually doing well until they tried to homogenize it and removed all the stuff people actually liked about it, then left it to fester for 3 years and blatantly lied about the playercount when people took notice when it took 45 minutes or more to find a fucking match.

It died as soon as monolith happened. They removed all the unique features of the game like harvesters, amber in general/card point system, orb dunking, the orb at all, and turned the jungle into basically a carbon copy of league and/or dota.

Then they made it even worse by getting rid of a few things that were left that made it still unique and worth playing in a more recent patch called v42 that literally added gold as the currency, and did a bunch of other fucktarded shit.

Fortnite had nothing to do with it, the game's been circling the drain for 2 years.

You can still play it on ps4 and pc in the eu and na until april 26 I believe

Trees are fucking awful to make though in all honesty. I copied Valve's method from Dota 2 for mine where you have a 1:2 ratio texture with the bottom being the trunk and the top being an 8x8 grid where you have four small leaf bundles taking up 2x2 portions, two medium bundles at 3x3 and one large at 5x5.

Then you just place planes on your tree trunk model as you wish and then when it's all done you use that script from polycount to set all their normals to match that of some "donor" mesh that has the general shape of the tree canopy.

After that you have a fluffy looking tree that's really easy to modify for a wind shader.

Why waren't you making your own game Sup Forums? It has actual graphics.
