NNK2. I'm sure it's amazing, but Level-5 has always struggled with hitting sales goals.
A Way Out will probably hit well with the emergent storytelling crowd and streamers.
Sea of Thieves will succeed no matter what, because it's Microsoft's current golden calf, the game upon which they're pinning their hopes and dreams.
Far Cry 5 will meet or exceed sales goals because it's more of that tried and true Ubi open world formula, sans the tower climbing fuckery that everyone was getting burnt out on. Of the 4, it's also the one I'm most looking forward to, because the games are simple dumb fun, and outpost captures are almost relaxing.

Sea of Thieves and Ni No Kuni should both be fantastic, Far Cry is Far Cry and A way out is EA shit so it'll probably do the worst of the 4.
