People from /r/Kappa are expecting this to be a bad thing for SFV.
The funding for this year's pro tour is already $600.000 at its base without Twitch support, and now without Twitch exclusivity rights, they were able to expand their streams to YT and Facebook.
As for the Playstation thing, well, Ono was at the Playstation headquarters during last weekend doing...stuff.

Maybe they were cutting a deal so SFV would no longer be exclusive to Playstation, opening the possibility for a Xbone and a Switch port, as well as letting the PC players benefit from the various currently PS4 exclusive premium outfits and stages, as well as letting PC players get FM from watching oficial CPT streams.
I know you lot like to spell doom on SFV, but it actually was never as strong as it is today, it was in a rough shape at its launch, but those days are now gone.

well if it hadn't gone exclusive it would have sold better on Xbox since people were used to Xbox to play Street Fighter and had the best online and no frame delays.
Still, plenty of people who are xbox fans would buy it, though its already been 2 years since it came out so most people that wanted it probably already bought it, unless of course Capcom fixes online even more and frame problems.
