There were some rumors, which turned out to be fake, about a mesoamerican soulsborne sequel last year.
That'd be extremly unlikely but wonderful.
I'd also rather have a DS4 than a BB2 because medieval fantasy setting > victorian fantasy.
More weapon, armor, and monster possibilities.

Started up another playthrough the other day after having not touched the game in over a year. I'm kind of shocked how much fun it is. The combat is still super satisfying, and I forgot how good the level design was.
I'd be pretty on board if they made a BB2, but really I expect any new souls-like from FromSoft to at least be as well designed by this point. Especially if they're trying to make something big with all this time they've taken off.

I disagree. I think they both hold equal opportunity for unique armors weapons and enemies. But we've seen much more of a dark souls style world. Bloodborne is my personal favorite. I loved that damn setting/aesthetic.
