Just really bored and want a game to play I've already beaten Dying Light, Fallout 3,NV, 4, Crysis and the far cry's any suggestions? Bonus points for WW2 but I doubt that exists.

There's really not that many out there. Homefront: The Revolution is another one but it's not all that great. The Deus Ex games somewhat but they are more open having multiple options instead of a big open world. There's also Dead Island which is basically a worse version of Dying Light. There's also STALKER which basically has individual large open areas to explore.

If you want singleplayer there's always some TES, stalker, or kingdom come, Delta Force (any of them).
Its not exactly a sandbox but i know this one open world WWII game called "Hidden & Dangerous".
The 2nd game is a lot better than the first one, and its easy to pirate.

Play in the release order. Start with no mods - only latest patch, OR get the full "Starter Pack" first; these contain bug-fixers and light visual mods that can help performance as well.
Leave big overhauls for later playthrougs. Avoid the "Complete" -mods. Always play on MASTER difficulty for best realism and atmosphere, and disable crosshair.
Don't give up in the beginning! The starting gear sucks ass and first area can be a bit boring.
