What games are you most hopeful for this year, and why?
What games are you most hopeful for this year, and why?
Kingdom Hearts 3? Even that I'm in denial it will release this year and it could very easily be mediocre. This isn't a good year for me
I don't know anything about new releases
Phoenix Point because I have way too much faith in Gollop probably to unhealthy levels, Two Point Hospital because I need another Theme Hospital in my life, and Bannerlord because fuck you it's happening
Super Smash Bros. The stars are aligning and this is the opportunity for this series to finally unfuck itself from just being Braw point X for eternity.
If you have a half-decent PC there's a decent amount of things to look forward to this year, you just gotta look beyond the AAA space (and even some of that looks good).
DMCV.
Monster Hunter World PC version to not suck cock with optimization/multiplayer
I'm pumped to finally be able to play Monster Hunter on my PC and it not being emulating.
literally nothing that has been announced in the last year or so has grabbed my attention
Really? What kinda games you like user?
It will have the exact same gameplay as 4.
I don't even know anymore
Octopath traveler, don't have a switch yet so I guess I'll have to get one soon before Sup Forums spoils me on the story.
Kh3 but I'm not very optimistic about it living up to the hype.
That's about it, looks like it'll be another year where I spend 90% of it playing old stuff.
Soul Calibur comes to mind
what's the release date for ace combat 7 again?
came here to post this
Well fuck it, look into Wargroove, Two Point Hospital, Phoenix Point, BattleTech, Frostpunk, Frozen Synapse 2, Metro: Exodus, Runner3, Donut County, Griftlands, Jurassic World Evolution, and Biomutant and see if any of them catch your fancy
No specific date, just 2018
Kh3, sma5h, crash for switch, GoW, and octopath traveler.
Also on a side note really want fortnite to crash and burn by end of the year.

After its immediate success on phones I'm having doubts on it dying that soon
>Octopath traveler
Why does Square have to hate putting non-FF RPGs on more than one system?
You just gotta believe
