I have never seen this game anywhere else my life, but my dad somehow got a hold of it for my ps1, it was the among the first games I ever played. To this day I still like the music a lot for its intense and weird style, the tracks also fit the stage's mood very well. It might be purely due to nostalgia though.

The tracks are meant to loop so the beginnings are a bit brash, but the melodies are really nice.
The game is called either "Rapid Reload" or "Gunner's Heaven" in the west.

Man the atmosphere of that theme is so nice, I never liked it when I played due to having to hear it over and over whilst leveling, but now it really made me miss the game.
