Common opinion is that issue 160 and everything after (including the Sonic Universe spin-off series) is mostly pretty good. But it comes with a lot of baggage of all the stuff from pre-160 mattering. Issue 252 starts a reboot but it's a pretty short run before it gets cancelled and arguably bogged down by too much world building.

I remember seeing someone dump a Sonic comic of Mighty fighting Sonic in Werehog form and it was actually a pretty brutal fight for a Sonic comic, So does Mighty have Knuckles level strength or something?
I saw another one where he kinda did the fist in open palm bow before fighting some goons together with Knuckles,too. Oh, and he doesn't have white gloves, instead he has some sort of fingerless gloves.
