>managed to get used to tank controls
>the game is actually god tier
Man, Resident Evil used to be good
Managed to get used to tank controls
4 ruined it
I love Resident Evil 4 but damned if it's true that the direction Capcom took with it forward ruined the series.
4 was the great mix of suspense and action.
Are 1 and 2 worth playing?
Oh. Didn't they have that cool Merchant though?
>Are 1 and 2 worth playing?
One just got a remake or a REmake as you could say. Check it out.
I've been replaying RE3 because of this image just to disprove this shitty picture
>You get 10 slots early on
>By the time I was at the police station, I already had 70 handgun bullets
Anyone that runs out of ammo in RE3 and have no slots is a shitter
theres still a ton more ammo in RE4, and yo conveniently didn't address the other 5 points
Well, first, easy or hard mode and second do you kill Nemesis?
>4 was the great mix of suspense and action.
Translation: I played 4 when I was a kid, and 5 when I was a teen, and that's why I don't like 5 because I need nostalgia for me to like a shit game like 4
Yes. Play 1, 2, Remake, and 4. Everything else is optional.
>no 3
RE4 is about 7-10 hours long
RE3 is about 2-4 hours long
>Ammo
You will end up getting more ammo in RE4 sure, but it will take longer. No one would have that set-up in the picture until late game. RE3 giving the option to make ammo makes the game a cake walk. Just make shotgun ammo
>Health
I don't pickup much herbs in RE3 because grading at the end, but herbs are everywhere, and usually comes in a set of 3s.
>Puzzles
That's one of the few puzzles in RE3, and I love how people forget about the other puzzle behind the church in RE4.
>Saving
Like I said, RE4 is much longer and rarely every backtrack, why would the game need ink ribbons? RE3 have save rooms not that far from it each with an ink ribbon on almost each one that its stops being a big deal if you die.
Hard and yes killed him twice so far, the first fight and the second. Once you learn to dodge properly, it makes his fights easier to deal with
post jill
dude backtrackings fun lmao
you only backtrack in RE games if your a complete retard
You are all faggots. all of you
That's quite a bit of words you're putting in my mouth laddy.
dude tilt left stick up for 10 hours to win is fun lmao
Everyone loves Resident Evil 2, but I've always preferred RE3.
Firstly, I've always found exploring the streets of Raccoon City a lot of fun, which is why my favorite parts of RE2 are the street sections before the police station. In RE3, you get to see so much more of the city than in RE2.
Secondly, the Nemesis is way more terrifying and difficult to fight than anything in RE2. I think the added difficulty serves a survival horror game well.
Also, RE3 had a way better human antagonist than RE2. Nicholai > Chief Irons and Annette.
Also also, I really liked the whole gunpowder system in RE3. In addition to the ammo that you find, you can also make ammo for your favorite gun so you can use it more often.
RE3 was the best.
This RE3 is easily the best of the ps1 games
RE3 was better than RE2, in my opinion. Exploring the streets of Raccoon City was more fun than exploring the streets for a little bit, then being stuck indoors for the rest of the game, especially if those indoors were the fucking sewers for a third of the game. Secondly, the Nemesis was way harder and more terrifying than anything you fight in RE2, and Nicholai was a better villain than Chief Irons. Also, ammo mixing was great.
The only real flaw the game had was being too short.
god damn it, why the fuck did Sup Forums junk my first post, make me rewrite it, then post both of them anyway
Nigga OP is already playing 3.
Add code veronica to the list. It is actually a good game. If you get past the fact that everything else can one shot you but the normal zombies
