I also really like the windhelm arena mod its on steam still i believe
as for full remakes requiem is very good on computer, if on console just do ordinator.
but I like to play vanilla with slight tweaks

i like using staves myself usually with a shield i usually only use artifacts, I lately have been playing more of a "pocketmage" type character who relies mostly on magic items, before this i was a pure pugilist in every Elder scrolls game

It was good. Turns out the king imprisoned some dudes wife and was raping her but she couldn't fight back or the security would turn on and kill everyone. You go back in time and tell him and he kills the king triggering the death system. You can change that outcome.
