Just got Mulaka for Switch, pretty good game, reminds me of Zelda and Okami, can't wait for Guacamelee 2 and Hollow Knight
Indie games thread
the fuck is Mulaka?
I picked it up too.
It's just ok, better as a visual treat but the switch version runs rough and is downgraded. Oh well.
Dandara is pretty fun though.
I bought human fall flat and ir Is really fun game, more in coop, i had a blast playing with my gf
The visuals were perfectly fine for me, enjoyed the puzzles and lore, probably will get Dandara after finishing Celeste
I've got: Dandara, Perception, Gunvolt Strikers Pack, Vaccine, Radiation Island, and am waiting on Castle of Heart on Friday. So far Gunvolt has been the best but I haven't played much of Radiation Island and Perception. Radiation Island got drastically better when I found out you could control your character in third-person by clicking the stick though. Like they should have advertised that in the screenshots.
Dandara is too obscure for me. I'm not going to look up a guide but I'm pretty much stuck at the first roadblock in the game only maybe an hour in. I can't find any way to continue, and the game has no sense of guide.... -_- Ah, well I'll figure it out.

Just keep looking at your map.
I need to play more indie games. I've actually only really played and beaten a few, and most of those were Metroidvanias (no regrets, easily one of my favorite genres). Is Furi good?
I really enjoyed Mulaka, I have too much fun fucking around in platformers looking for sick jumps.
Furi is great. The only issue I have is that you can't skip the walking sections unless you play speedrun mode.
Yeah, the lore was great too.
I'm in the mood for an action game, one that requires a lot of skill that isn't your typical CUHRAYZEE action game, not that there are a whole lot of those coming out these days anyway.
I need to make a list or something of all the indie games that I need to get to. I barely have enough time for the other games that I've been playing as it is. Too many fucking games to play.
Furi is more about reflexes and timing than being cuhrayzee and is very challenging, so you'll probably like it.
If you're going to get Furi, I'd avoid the Switch version unless you really want portability.
i think it means faggot. npc's in gtaIV call me one when I drive into them
I mean, I love cuhrayzee, I just want something different right now.
What's wrong with the Switch version?
It's not a bad port, it's just inferior to the others. Mostly lower resolution and more likely to drop in performance.
Mexican indie game developed by three persons, great platforming gameplay and lore.
no that's "malaka" and it's greek for asshole
Lol
Can't wait for Hollow Knight too, give us a release date.
Supposedly coming this week.
>yfw they just say 2018
>yfw December 31 and still not released
Really?
They tweeted they'd have info on the release date this week.
I hope it does
Been playing Lizard for my NES. it just was released this past week. Really gives you that sense of wonder and discovery as you explore the open world for the first time. It's weird playing a new NES game though.
