While melee weapons had a lot of variety, I felt like guns were a bit lackluster. I guess its made up for with hunter tools, but I'd like to see some weirder stuff like guns that inflict status effects like poison or bleed.

Since the whole old gods thing is out of the bag, what would the twist be? The game mentions deep water helps seal old ones or something, so I'd like to see dark, abyssal oceans and that sort of thing. Maybe there's something lurking at the very bottom of the sea floor.

I'd like it if blood vials just turned into estus flasks. Reduce the amount you have and how much they heal you for so you're still relying on rally if you want.

More hunter tools, honestly. They don't need to be damage oriented, I enjoyed the more utility based spells/miracles in Dark Souls for example. Also more runes that don't just give you straight up stat boosts but weird bonuses too. Shit like...

i didn't hate them. it just gets old really fast and then if you want to get the best blood gems and blood rocks you have to do a bunch of them and they're very repetitive. i mean it wasn't a bad idea of putting cut bosses and stuff in there so people got to see them but i'd rather they just made the game bigger. compared to the souls games bloodborne is pretty short.

If they signed a 3 game deal with Sony, Bloodborne would be game #2 because Demons Souls was the first game they made for Sony. That and usually if there's a teaser from Sony, they usually have their logo all over it.

Its probably a Kuon sequel. Resetera user (har har yes i know) had some pretty good proof. The background and the sound effects are straight ripped from Kuon. Also Miyazaki has weight now and this is probably what he wants to do. I get the feeling he is like Kojima in that he wants his games to say something so i doubt he is gonna be happy making dark souls sequels forever when he already told his Dark Souls story.

I didn't like or dislike the chalice dungeons until recently, but after watching some longer detail oriented lore videos I absolutely love the chalice dungeons. They do hold important lore bits that help you further piece together the overall plot. I know that sounds fucking stupid but I really think it added to the game now. And even before watching those, the added bosses that aren't in the rest of the game are awesome, especially Queen Yharnam.
