I would suggest an increase in weapon damage since most enemies in master difficulty are just sponges for bullets. You could really empty a whole magazine on them and they are unfazed by it.

Bullshit. Not only does Master increase all damage output (to both ways), you can 1-shot practically ANY human. Just aim to the head.
