DEAD MONEY is the best DLC for New Vegas and any other game ever released. Dean Domino is such a well written character that I actually broke down in tears after completing his story. I think I replayed that DLC about 15 times in the month it came out. You're literally a brainlet if you don't think this is the best New Vegas DLC.

An add-on that is, at worst, neutral, because it can't adversely effect the game at all unless you choose to experience it, is the closest thing to an objective improvement you can get.
By the same logic, no DLC is an objective improvement, even though all they do is add things for you to do without taking away.
