every other girl in this game were better than rinoa

Why was there an alien in the basement of the Garden?

its okay to be a human, its okay to be hurt, its okay to share your feelings, growing up and being an adult is hard, so rely on your friends and other good people. its a coming of age story, has alot of similar themes to NGE, and even something western like The Breakfast Club but with a more lighthearted tone

Whatever

"Final Fantasy is dead"

You mean a trex?

THEN I'M THROWING DICE IN THE ALLEY, OFFICER LEROY COMES UP AND HE'S LIKE "HEY, I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU-"

japs can't into a story about mercenaries operating with ruining it with metaphysical bullshit

getting a gf will make you forget about all your friends

go from insanely neutral towards a slut to I CAN LIVE WITHOUT YOU in the span of 24 hours
because he funded the garden

THIS IS MY UNITED STATES OF WHATEVA

COS THIS IS MY SUBARU DON'T TOUCH THE LEATHER!

FFVIII is the perfect game targeted for the early pubescent demographic. It had so many points in favour of catering to those players

>characters are all older teens, the age group they idolise in real life
>it's magic high school for mercenaries, it's just like my life only COOLER wouldn't it be COOL enrolling at Balamb?
>MC's look is badass mc prettyboy cooldude
>every pussy wettens in his presence and he alphas his way through every scene (even when acting like as chump he's an alpha chump)
>his weapon is a SWORD and a GUN. That's like a multiplication of the cool factor of each to the tween mind
>choice of three different flavoured girls allows arguments between friends over who is the best
>game narrative is lopsided and all over the place, with long padding sections and secrets smattered everywhere. Very easy for young kids to get stuck and play the game for months on end. This makes the game world feel practically infinite
>above point makes it tricky for each plot point to be strung to the next. Most young players forget half the plot by the time they reach the next major area. Any confusing parts or contradictions get translated in their minds as 'I just don't get it yet', elevating the game to the level of high art in their heads.
>kids don't mind and flat out ignore grindiness and repetition
>trains and cars and spaceships and rockets and all kinds of set pieces that dazzle you
>card game sideshow for a demographic obsessed with CCGs already.

And finally

>GFs allow kids that just plain suck at understanding the mechanics to cheese their way through the game until they reach Adel.

It's not for nothing every posts Adel as one of the most hated bosses of the game. It's because suddenly they couldn't just summon ifrit 50 times in the fight for a win and were forced to learn how the game works.

and yet no one gave a shit about FF8 and instead played FF7

you wrote so much only to be completely fucking wrong

The game sold fine, what the hell are you on about? You literally didn't address a single point.

Are you mentally challenged?

I don't want to be forgotten when I die. Oh wait, I found a bimbo girl. That's all I need in life.

It's okay to settle for Seifer's sloppy seconds.
