I'm not really buying into it. Aside from popularizing the concept of memes hefore that term would enter common knowledge the rest are predictions that were accurate, but also not hard to make. If I said:

Well, you know, chances are I'm gonna be right but it's just an educated guess based on current tendencies which is what Kojima made with the more political elements of MGS2s story. If it was made in the 80s it wouod have been impressive but in the 00s it wasn't that hard to make these predictions.
