It's no masterpiece
It's no masterpiece
Of course not, it doesn't have WASD movement support.
>It's no Deadfire
Obviously
Yeah, but I haven't finished it yet
We know
Can we talk about how fucking retarded all the gameplay changes are? They fucked the initiative system, armor is fucking stupid. Literally everything they have done to fix the first games issues has replaced those with even worse design flaws.
Also free respec in RPGs is fucking retarded.
It's a pretty alright game but you can't make threads about it on Sup Forums without that one PoE autist derailing it.
>armor is fucking stupid
This is where I would post a brainlet wojak picture if I had the autism to google one.
But I completely agree on the free respec, choices should have consequence
Special Edition/Console Port when?
Any intelligent predictions on that?
It is one of my favorite RPGs of all time. But Larian shouldn't have released the game early and spent more time on bug fixes before shipping it out. I also wish there was a better distribution of content because tje 2nd chapter lasts so fucking long and covers so much but chapter 3 is literally just Arx and the end.
>console port
maybe if they remove necrofire
Still best seller on steam.
Console version of the first game sold very poorly. Don't expect a port of this game.
i love it when autists make a game impossible to discuss
don't you
isn't it grand
Can't wait to replay it with a friend once the enhanced edition comes out.
you actually like the armor system where every fight is turned into:
>burn armor
>CC train
yes because it means you have to balance maintaining your armor and keeping up cc instead of just keeping up cc like before?
Yes. In the first game, everything was a CC-train.
Now you have to prioritize different enemies with different characters (because most enemies have high of one type armor and very low of the other)
I hope we get a better final fight like how they did OS1. Phase 1 was fantastic with the music, but Phase 2 was just burning a single guy down in 2 turns.
Still better than anything made by bethesda this millennium.
dropped
Yeah but was it expensive at all to port it?
The first post was a good post. The lack of direct control is such an amazingly huge flaw, I can't believe anybody thought this was okay. Point 'n click to watch your characters awkwardly pathfind their way to your coodinates with a few detours was a shit 'control method' in the 80's, in $currentYear there is absolutley no excuse.
Should I play the first one or just go for the second one?
If you have a lot of free time, you can play the first
Persuation should have dialogue on its own, and not be necesary should you have the stats alone
Besides, getting better at something spending points on level up never has been of my liking, so the mirror is a bad way to "fix "that
