My dearest Sup Forums

I came to realize that I have made a most grievous error.... Believe me, it was not my intention to swindle you, for I am no snake oil salesman...

Here is the new ranking of the Assassin's Creed series. I do hope that this will be more to your liking. Sup Forums, it is my utmost desire that you find the courage with your heart to forgive my mistake, and to let bygones be bygones. Please refrain from posting the old ranking in any Assassin's Creed thread, and only post the new one instead. Thank you for your time. Never forget that I will always appreciate you.

Sincerely yours,
user

Unity is unironically my favorite game. Fight me fuckers.

Unity complicates searching for Unity tutorials because AssCreed decided to have the same name as a game engine.

>any AC game
>over mid-tier
I can smell the nu-Sup Forums.

>Unity
Kek, that game was total shit. It had bugs everywhere

there we go

I enjoyed II but lost all intetest after I got to Venice, had fun with IV but the repeated crew dialogue over the course of about 5 hours pissed me off so much I sold it. Should I bother with the others or is AC not for me?

Just fucking TRY and defend this shit series and developer without resorting to a buzzword like fun. Shill faggots.

>install AC game
>play the beginning and run around the city/map for a while
>uninstall it
I haven't been able to complete one of these games since IV. Origins was okay though, put about 20 hours into it, I hope the next one is better.

I've never played a single one. I doubt they're all shit, why would they keep making them

Unity is far too high.

Rogue is actually better than Black Flag, though. Black Flag is just more popular.

Because shit sells. They've even released three in a single year.

Money

It wouldn't sell if it was shit

there's no god tier ac game.
>good AC games
II, BF, Origins
>bad or mediocre AC games
the rest

I can't stand AC, aside from 2, but to consider "fun" to be a buzzword is the most retarded thing I've ever read.

Fun is literally the proto-buzzword.

Nah. It's fun.

Swap Origins and Rogue, and you're on the money

Buzzword. Get out.

I liked them for the atmosphere and setting, so i only enjoyed 1, 2 and some of Brotherhood, AC4 is a good game but a shit Assassin's Creed

But why? What makes an Assassin's Creed bad? I think they are among the finest stealth action games available today, dare I say.

I would agree if it wasn't for everyone spamming firearms with 100% accuracy all the time and the super dumb & clunky ai.

revelations was actually great, never understood the hate for it.

yeah, because popular = good, right?

/thread

It was a filler game with no substance and little to no innovation over Brotherhood. The first three sequences were tutorial dumps and what little story Revelations had took too long to get going. Old man Ezio in search of five magical MacGuffin devices, only for him to declare that he is nothing more than a messenger for Desmond by the end of the game, even though this was realized by the end of Assassin's Creed II.

>since IV
That's the only one besides II that I finished. Origins actually looks fun though and I might pick it up when I grab a PS3

Yep thats right. Assassins creed fills a niche. There are no other triple A historical assassin games. You can count on it to be good at filling that niche, just like you can count on it being popular because it fills the niche. I bet your a hater by nature

Only liked 2, Revelations, Brotherhood, and 3. The rest of them can suck a Doberman Pinschers dick.

Am i the only one who actually liked Revelations?

I love Unity just because you can run in France every AC is shite desu

Came here to see this.

>Yep thats right.
Popular literally means shit. The biggest market by far is people of average intelligence who like games designed for average people.

Sure I crave an Assassin game with better AI and depth and dynamic plots with intrigue. Something where Abstergo doesnt purposely break immersion every few hours. But you got what you got, unless you want to give me money to make a better niche game
