I think part of the thing in KH is that Sora, once again, provides radical answers that end up being correct. Sora was the first person among the heroes that Nobodies can regrow their hearts, and he also sees the other people inside his heart as separate people instead of copies of him. So we're gonna get Roxas pissed at Sora again, this time for ripping him out of his heart and giving him his own existence again just after he got used to being Sora.
