Teksavvy is pretty great, though sometimes I wish I was poorer and couldn't afford a house just so I could get that sweet sweet Beanfield Metroconnect gigabit internet they have in some condos.
OP, I'm also in Canada, Western side.
I get the same 15mbit cables connection through lightspeed.ca for $29.95. It's the same speed Shaw charges $63 for, they even send Shaw techs sometimes to do installs. There is no bandwidth cap.
Shaw and Telus absolutely rape you because they both offer television and telephone services, they have an make bundles seem like a good deal and punish you for using their internet connections instead, because they are losing customers to new ISPs.
Country: Germany
Deutsche Telekom
Call & Surf Comfort
Type: ADSL over POTS, Downlink 16000 kbit/s, Uplink: 2400 kbit/s, unlimited
Flatrate for phone and fax, 7 phone numbers

Shaw 'customer' here can confirm. Its really between them and Telus, and Shaw is more lax on caps so that's where I go.
