So, virtual drives

So, virtual drives.

For those that don't have Win 8.1 or / 10 installed, which program would Sup Forums recommend for mounting .iso and shit.

WinCDemu

/thread

I'll check it out famalam.

Are there any that support CDDA audio?

install gentoo

poweriso comfy

/usr/bin/mount

Magic disc. Been using for probably a decade. No bloat install, simple, intuitive, has always worked.

Daemon Tools is shit but it's good at emulating SCSI/IDE drives.

wincdemu

wincdemu

WE HAVE THE WIKI EXACTLY TO AVOID THIS KIND OF DUMB THREADS

Daemon tools is loaded with (non-optional) adware cunt, don't even mention that piece of shit

faggots

mount -o loop
>his OS doesn't do it natively

mount -o loop cocks.iso /mnt/cocks

this
is so much faster than just double-clicking your image file
just fire up your terminal and start cursing

Mounting images is supported natively in Windows 8 and up, asshole

extract dat shit with winrar, it's free

Really? How?

if like clickity clickity clicking your mouse there's file-roller

>having to install closed source thirdparty malware to open your pirated software.

no thx m8y

file roller

I guess you're referring to the thing bundled to the installer? Same would apply to like 90% of Windows programs then. Daemon Tools is literally just fine if you deselect that random shit in the installer, and it shouldn't be too hard provided you're over 12 y/o

It's called Windows Explorer, ever heard of it?

Alcohol Portable

I don't have that in 8.1

...

Maybe it's Windows 10 only then, but I recall seeing it in 8.1 as well

Try Virtual CloneDrive, if it doesn't work, then your image is most likely corrupted

my bad, just works
