Have you made sure you're using sane software to get the temperature? All bulldozer derivatives use an unconventional thermal sense or, something the software doesn't pick up on.

>he fell for AMD meme we got another one boys!
Jonathan Robinson
lol good job cuck I got my noctua cooler for free thanks to Amizon fucking up my friends order
Charles Wright
Instead of this godawful shitty processor and expensive luxury cooler you could have just bought an Intel with the same cash. A fool and his money are soon parted.
Robert Richardson
It's like a 2005 performance CPU with 250w tdp, whoever does that ?
Cooper Thompson
>tfw spent $30AUD on Hyper 103 for i7 930 at stock clock idling at 40°C
Oliver Morris
Did you apply thermal paste? NO!
Luis Bennett
My 8320 idles at 28C with the stock cooler. You must be retarded.
Kayden Scott
My 6300 did the same. Bought the meme 212 for cheap and OC to 4.6ghz and it still idles at the same temp. Everything works as expected because I believe in basic physics.
OP confirmed retard.

>tfw i have my fx6300 in a case with zero airflow and my stock cooler keeps it at 30 degrees idle
Noah Brooks
how the fuck did op get 70 degrees?
Angel Miller
i know what you mean, my cpu (8350) says its at 23 degrees then drops to around 13
Brandon Fisher
try thermal paste faggot
my fx6300 sits at at 46 degrees with chink CPU cooler for 19 bucks with worn out fan, stock preapplied thermal paste, with few heavier tabs open in a browser
Christian Ortiz
No it doesn't. You're using the wrong software, there is no way it idles at 13 degrees unless you live in a freezer.
Kevin Morgan
He probably applied the wrong amount of paste OR he didn't screw in the screws enough OR both. I've changed pastes on my 8320 so many times throughout the years. No matter what cooler, it should usually idle around 30c. Glad I switched to Intel recently because even with my 130 dollar liquid cooler, games like battlefront at the time were causing the Temps to reach 65c. So I assumed it would get worse as games progressed. Anyway, I think he just doesn't have enough pressure on the cpu cause even small/large amounts of paste won't affect the Temps like that.
Camden Martin
You're reading the wrong Temps friend. At the absolute lowest, cpus idle at like 26. Normally just 30c.
Jaxson Evans
>spending as much on your cooler as on your CPU Smart.
AMD CPUs report idle temps inaccurately anyway. It's funny when there are people around who actually think that their CPU is idling below ambient temp.
Jonathan Brown
Yikes those older 8 core amd's are housefires.
ive had every intel cpu ive ever owned under 50degrees load and 30 on idle during HOT gaming sessions in aussie summer.
Noctura coolers fucking rule
Evan Young
You fuccbois don't even know the struggle of a gaymen laptop with idles at 50 and cpu+gpu at 80-90 under load. Now imagine the above for 5.5 years straight. I'm surprised it hasnt melted yet. Sasuga Toshiba sensei.
Owen Perez
gotta read what im saying, which is the thermal sense on the 8350 is off until it gets to about 30 degrees. It started off saying it was 29 degrees then rapidly drops
Brayden Watson
AMD HOUSEFIRES
AMD HOUSEFIRES EVERYWHERE
Jayden Davis
A lot of the software has the Temps mixed up so people unknowingly read the wrong Temps. Even with the best liquid cooler my AMD cpus idled at 29c and so did the Intels. Where they differed was max temp. AMD reached 65c while the Intel reached 56. The amd was an 8350 and the Intel was a 4690k.
>Firefox >Thunderbird //outlook is very handy for the job. >appointments, calendar, contacts ...., >which you do not own >foobar2000
>Yes, with you in there.
>I dont get it? >firstly.6300 has not 6 true cores. >secondly, are you saying 6*25=150°C,so the CPU is 150°C hot ???
Hudson Anderson
>doesn't know how to greentext Back to plebbiit or wherever you came from.

Nice shill
Christopher Green
Use HWMonitor.
Ayden Morris
>winamp My nigga
Mason Hernandez
Most software doesn't implement correct temperature readings, Speccy is the worst offender Use AMD Overdrive and Open Hardware Monitor for AMD CPU's
Xavier Garcia
>the thermal sense on the 8350 is off >I'm using the wrong software and I know it, therefore the sensor is off Your and idiot kill you'reself
Dylan Walker
>have a 9370 with NH D15 >30 C on idle
You just suck at putting thermal paste.
Ryan Thomas
You need a decent motherboard with good power phase cooling, the cheapest €50 one just doesn't have that luxury. t. built AMD systems before
Cameron Ward
I got a 70$ Gigabyte mobo, and it works well.
Nolan Perez
FX-6300 19 deg C idle (it's about 16 in my room) CPU: BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro II
Joseph Long
I'm in the same boat, this fucking amd cpu is like 6 generations behind intel. The heat isn't what pisses me off it's more about the power draw and how far behind they are behind intel. I've been wanting to build a new rig for years but amd has nothing NOTHING good to offer.
As of now I'm just waiting for intel's server CPUs to drop on the used market and I will build a new rig on it. I want a server cpu because I need to extra cores for encoding video.
Ryder Bell
>idling at 55c
Nyet - pic related is my IBT load temps.
Jeremiah Edwards
Wait for Zen.
Jack Garcia
>this fucking amd cpu is like 6 generations behind intel. in relation to proprietary video games
Blake King
festering nigger diarrhea
Mason Perry
I'm fairly sure it's the way you've applied your thermal paste, it's prolly having air bubbles, clean your current one, add a pea in the middle and check again
