There's nothing wrong with kubuntu

>KDE
Yes there is.

kde is fine

>he fell for the "KDE is bad" meme

KDE is good for linux begginers.

>first reply of the thread gets all the other replies
Perfect

...

Good for you but I'd rather build up KDE by myself from a minimal distro

had the same exact bug in kubuntu 16.04

Hey man, if it works for you, great. If not, switch it up.

It's simple

>his OS starts with a K

fucking dropped

It could be a very good distro if they put more love in making it polished instead of releasing a chaotic ubuntu16.04 + plasma desktop full of known issues.

-Video thumbnails in dolphin broken, reported issue a year ago: Nobody gives a fuck because video thumbnails in 2016 is too mainstream.

-Discover is a unusable garbage in alpha/beta stage. Everyone know it. They release it anyway. Every newbie who arrives to linux and sees this horror will reboot the machine and return to Windows or Mint.

-This : bad first impression. The example of the lack of interest in making something polished and minimal professional looking.

>title bar and window controls as a separate bar above the tab bar
Oh god who would do this? Not even windows is like that.

>he thinks KDE is an OS

Can someone give me the fixed version of this gif? Mine is fucked.

Kubuntu you fucking autist.

wacom tablet support when? 3 years ago but not now? ok then.

>he thinks Kubuntu is an OS

Kubuntu is a shit bugged and with bad optimization.

>not using xubuntu

Kek

Bullcrap

>He thinks Linux is an OS
>or worse, "GNU/Linux"

I know, kde by itself it's fine but the kubuntu team clearly lacks resources, let's see if neon is better when is ready.

>-Video thumbnails in dolphin broken, reported issue a year ago
Just to make it clear video thumbnails in dolphin works fine, the problem is a packaging bug specific to kubuntu.

>-Discover is a unusable garbage in alpha/beta stage. Everyone know it.
True but including the 5.6 backports fixes a lot of problems
