Since NoScript is considered now harmful, what is the best alternative? uMatrix? What is the choice of Sup Forumsentoomen?

Giorgio lost his trust after adding the Adblock Plus whitelisting code and lost the ability to have releases pushed to AMO without an audit of the changes. I trust Mozilla and the community to review and validate updates before they are approved on AMO.

I'm still in NoScript since i use it with uBlock Origin and uMatrix (previously i was on Ghostery + adblock plus) but you could always do about:config javascript.enable ...

If you used NoScript, you won't have issues using uMatrix. I find it much easier to use, actually.

i don't audit it, and prefer umatrix. but it is used in the tor browser, so it most likely is audited by someone involved with the project.

well there you go linuxfags hurhurr I use free software and it's so secure. no one audits your shit besides hackers. even OpenSSL was with bugs, and still is, ffor very very long time.
