The site I use the most for benchmarks, sweclockers.com, did this until a few years ago and has since seemed to be more pro nVidia without being outright och obvious. Maybe they are bribed like anyone else.

Hahahah, I remember that. They put DX10.1 support in it leading to better framerate, but then they patched it out cause Nvidia hardware had no 10.1 support.

They patched it to removed the 10.1 support since it make Nvidia supported game looks bad because only AMD GPU is the only GPU that got 10.1 support at that time.
Now both of them got no 10.1 support because its already got "fixed"

The update to fix Kepler performance in the Witcher 3 came much quicker after launch. Like less than a month. It might not have been a day and I remembered that wrong. But Nvidia did improve the performance of their Kepler cards with an update very soon after launch.

So which textures that they lowered the image quality to improve the framerate with said driver?
