merzbow's softer earlier works are nice
this. or really sloppy proto black/death from the 80s. the super raw and kinda sloppy sounding crossover from thrash. fucking good stuff.

Any good electronic music that lacks lyrics?
Don't get me wrong. I love FFDP, but how the fuck do you program on them? Everytime I listen to them I start singing the lyrics or lose focus.
>MCR
I used to be a hs substitute teacher and this was all those little shits would talk about
Are they actually good or just angsty meme music for teens?
Metalfags don't actually like music, so they can't tell the difference
>Babby's first harsh noise artist
>pretentious
Some screamy jpop anime OPs, preferably pitch-shifted poorly to 'nightcore'. Vocaloid is also acceptable. Perhaps some vaporwave, too. Of course, I need 24-bit FLAC to experience the detail. Then maybe in the evening I'll put on some lewd asmr. As you can tell, I am a man of supreme taste.
The sad thing is I'm not even joking. At least I'm not into /mlp/ stuff (anymore...)
In this thread to find some real music, though I'm probably beyond saving.
>being pretentious about pretentiousness
we've reached singularity
>Dance With The Dead

Why is this genre so popular on Sup Forums?
I thought very few people knew about it, but they all seem to congregate on Sup Forums.
Dying Fetus
Robert Fripp
Best of both worlds.
Fucking normie, leeeaaveeee, reeeeeeeeee
It's pretty popular nowadays.
We're nerds and synthwave is a genre made by nerds, for nerds
But it's starting to get more and more popular thanks to stuff like Kung Fury
Yeah, you are right. I think I started listening to the genre when it was fairly new, in 2010 or so.
I hadn't noticed it had gained so much popularity.
Also related stuff like 80's styled music like Kavinsky has gone relatively mainstream.
>Dying fetus
I really tried, but I just can't into the genre.
The only song I have left from them is Dumpster Love, because its a bit more normal I guess
Sorry. Also, nice trips.
Death Grips
Tame Impala
Midori (Jap Hardcore Jazz/Punk)
PUP
Moe Shop
Nine Inch Nails
Lamp (Japanese Jazz/Funk)
David Bowie
Pearl Jam
Vaporwave stuff, notably nanidato.

>You must be over 18 to go on this website, buddy.
I'm 20 :^)
Only a few years and people born after 2000 can post here (they probably already do)
When I'm at work it's mainly pic related. Home/chill music is a completely different story.
Instrumental musike like:
Big band jazz, seeburg bacgkround music (industrial + encore series), classical music (mostly through FM radio through sdr)
A bunch of shit, although most of it is electronic, here's what I've been listening to lately
Graham Kartna
Angel1
18 carat affair
Oneohtrix Point Never
Aphex Twin
Boards of Canada
ESPRIT 空想
AMK
Autechre
and a lot of James Ferraro
Mainly instrumental these days, my playlists have a lot of Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, Jarre, Angelo Badalamenti, Klaus Doldinger, Kitaro...
>asmr without vocals
they call that lowercase, user
Whoever did Trevor something was really high on some strong shit when he produced the album.
Something instrumental, often electronic (not so I feel like a haxx0r, I just prefer it), like Glitch Mob or Deadmau5 or some M83
Whatever I feel like; some go-tos:
Carbon Based Lifeforms
Diary of Dreams
Rachmaninov's All Night Vigil
various Tympanik albums (Tineidae, c.db.sn, Disharmony, Dirk Geiger)
mind.in.a.box
Synkro
Heimataerde
Sorne
Mike Oldfield
Alstroemeria stuff (babby's first Touhou shit)
Recently been getting more into 'new retro wave' or whatever it's called
