Ok Sup Forums let's do this... I currently have a evega geforce GT 630... I know, I know.... now note that I was given a bugger card, however it won't fit in the case I have, nor will it fit on the board at all, the cables get in the way. So that's out the option, it was given to me anyways, will just give it back.. Budget building out the ass here.

So now that I know what size card I have to stick with, I was thinking about going up in the evega series. I'm thinking the Evega geforce GTX 750 ti.

Do you guys think yes, or should I go a little higher. Also do you think it will even fit? Seems to be the same length as the 630. Just requires 2 face slots.. open to suggestions for cards of this size also.

Wait for the Radeon 460 at the end of the month. Tiny card, but should have Geforce 950 level performance.

At least wait a bit moron

zotac gt430 synergy slim card
shits the size of a 1$ bill

It just has to be a specific size.

show us your case then

How good is it as a card?

It's a hp elite desk the big 800 series.

How good do you want it to be?

Which one lel

1gb vram, 900mhz core
it can play GTA V in 1080p at medium graphics, 3-40fps not fancy but certainly still usable

older games its god tier, gta IV runs in 1440p max graphics at 60fps on it

theres also a 2gb and 4gb version which both do significantly better, and its easy to OC

basically the big benefits are that one would cost you less than 50$, and give moderate-ok performance on previous AAA titles like BF3 and Civ

Polaris senpai desu

That's very interesting. Because I'm really looking for a good enough one to play gta 5 on. So this may do the job if it's that small. And that decent

800 g1

>A fucking mid ATX

It can fit everything
Don't break your computer installing the new part.

Can't fit the gtx 260 maxcore...

This??

He's lying idiot. How new.ru

Soo the 750ti then?

Get the RX 460. It will come out on June 29 and perform somewhere in between gtx 960 and 970 while using only pci-e power

why the 260/280 line was so sexy? damn i miss those full armored cards, only the pcie slot was visible

Yeahhh. I was really hoping to use it man. I'm fairly bummed it won't fit.

But what's it's size? I need to know for sure if it'll fit. Shorter than the 260?

Move the fucking cables

It's tiny. The one on the right here.

The main one in the way I don't think can be moved. I'll take a pic when I get home.

If it can't fit a 630 it's not going to fit anything. That's literally the shortest a graphics card can be. The length of the PCIe slot. You can have cards that may be cut down on other dimensions, but that's the shortest you'll get.

You might have to cut out whatever is in the way, like a hard drive bracket or what have you.

That or buy a real fucking case. Thermal take sells good ones for $30.

No it can fit the 630 it's what I have right now.

Then just check the dimensions on the manufacturers site. If it's within the same then it will fit.

Get the Rx 460. It looks just as small as that GT 630. Performance should be on the level of a 950 or maybe even a 960, and may possibly overclock decently. It's also pretty much guaranteed to be $100 or less.

Bruh, just pick up an RX 460 in a few days. See the pic in the link above, it's PCI-E slot length so same as whatever you just had. It's going to be more powerful than a GTX 950 and is the same size as whatever the fuck outdated 600 series you're looking at. They'll be available a week from Wednesday for somewhere around $100. Runs off of just the power supplied by the motherboard.

This should help, also

Replace 960 with rx 460
