>there's people who unironically buy logitech speakers
>muh boomy base
There's people who unironically buy logitech speakers
I-i have a logitech headset and mouse...
What should we buy instead?
>What is an equalizer
>What is a bass control knob
>What is not being autistic
Autismphile brands like Bose and Sennheiser
>audiophile
>not being autistic
Pick one
>Logitech
>Audiophile
Who the retard now.
I like my Altec Lansing 2.1 set. Bought in 2006 or 2008 forget which. Sound great even after all these years. Coupled with Asus Xonar DGX sound card. Big improvement over the onboard realtec sound chip.
Bose is a shitty fashion brand and Sennheiser doesn't make speakers
>bose
This brand is all about bass.
Ahh yes, I remember that.
When I was a young and uninformed lad that thought 1200Watts was epic.
Good times.
Not an argument.
Literally the only people who buy Logitech speakers are 18-year-old idiots who want loud bass
Not good, controlled bass, but loud shit that is boomy
I use Logitech speakers, mainly because I bought them a long time ago before audiophiles could attempt to poison my mind. I typically listen to music with my Monoprice 8323s anyway, the speakers get little use. Though, I actually do like how the volume controller acts like a headphone amp and I can just plug into it.
Oh and it has fucking bass controls so you can turn that shit down, I dunno what everyone is whining about bass for.
I use Indiana Line Mio Kit 2.1 system. It's good to live in Italy :)
>unironically buy
Y would you waste money?
I have tannoy. They are fanrastic little things.
Even if you EQ the bass down, it has very poor control. A bass guitar doesn't sound like boom, but with Logitech it does. A bass drum doesn't sound like boom, but with Logitech it does.
meme engine speakers like a cool tech youtuber
> unironically not buying the best 2.1 desktop system
Yamaha HS-8 / HS-7 if you have the money, HS-5 if you don't.
> not buying the superior JBL lsr305
Lel
ok if im not gonna buy logitech what else?
a very strong and loud bass is necessary for the music i enjoy
Ive had the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 for about 2 years and I love it.
prove it
>logitech bass
>good
its nothing but loose boomy shit
you don't buy 'computer speakers', you buy an amp and real bookshelf speakers
>buy logitech speakers
>constant low buzzing
Subwoofers are for kids
> he enjoys cut off bass
>didn't automatically rename that gif "argentine laughing"
>bastardizing memes for personal gain
...
Barely any instruments are below 40Hz unless you're into organ fugues
What are games and movies
What are sfx
What is EDM
Most stand-alone speakers rarely reach 50 Hz
JBL
>buying speakers ironically
u wot m8
i had an older set of their 240w speakers
i thought the little 4in sub was going to be shit
it got the floor to rumble on Bad Company 2
and when i gave the system to my friend there were cops at the house every weekend because you could hear the bass/music across the street
the first time they showed up, no one even heard them banging on the front door, someone went outside for a smoke and almost got arrested
they are not horrible and get the job done
...
>loud == good
Feelin' burdy guud over here.
Bose is overpriced, but still has a pretty solid sound, bruh. For richfag normies it is more then decent, I think.
I have the same one (z906), bought it on sale at €220 four-ish years ago. Still works fine and does its job fine. Could there be better deals? Possibly. Do I care? Neh.
Edifier
I LOVE IT MAGGLE!!!
Please just fucking kill yourself
I had a set of Logitech Z5500 a long time ago, I got them when I was still a kid/teen basically and I was very impressed. When I upgraded to a "hi-fi" setup the difference was fucking amazing.
Get a proper amp and speakers, there's no comparison to Logitech shit.
Dali, Wharfedale, JBL, Acoustic Energy, Amphion or some other brand that is actually known for speakers instead of toys for gamers
Looks like absolute garbage
Anyone has an experience with akg speakers? if they have one on the market?
They make great headphones at least
AKG doesn't make speakers, but the K702 is superb.
...
> if they have one on the market?
A symphony orchestra
I am betting you are a kid too. Subwoofers are useful when they are needed. And in certain circumstances and applications they are needed.
You really have no clue about what you speak. I can tell you did not have a father. If so he shoulda taught you to keep your mouth shut about shit you have no knowledge of.
Go enjoy a movie at a theater without subs in use. I am sure you will really enjoy it.
>mfw this teen faggot watches movies on his laptop and phone usually.
D-did I do good Sup Forums?
I had an AudioEngine set that was phenomenal.
No distortion/hiss at high volume, more than enough power to knock shit off of shelves and rattle the walls.
But why even have speakers when you can use headphones?
Pic related. R8 me :^)
Why didn't you buy Schiit?
> No response
Yes! I've gotten Sup Forums's approval!
I have 2.1 BlackWeb Gunner speakers and Skullcandy Chrusher headphones. I hope you're all throughly triggered.
Yes, OP pic related. Because i'm a basshead.
Come at me audiophags.
Because speakers are better and your headphone sucks :)
They're okay for entry level $100-130 speakers.
There's significantly better out there, though. Even at that price range there's some that are a bit better, but as I said, they're okay.
Because sometimes I share what I'm listening to with someone else.
Because sometimes I'm moving around my room, and not tied to my computer.
Because sometimes I want to lean back and get cozy while watching a movie or play a game with a gamepad instead of a KB+M.
He did fine. O2 amp and Schiit Magni are basically equal to one another.
Might as well get whichever is cheaper depending on where you live.
>Bait.
My logitech Z-2300 has been good to me for many years. Why are you so butthurt OP?
I have this set from my dad. Oh god the bass D: thank fuck I have monitor headphones
>Q2 2016
>still owning computer speakers
How can 1 person be so wrong
It was 20 bucks
I don't give a fuck, they were $20 and you're a faggot
>current year
>still using logitech instead of the objectively better Edifier Prisma BT
all trash
>not spending 2500 on a power amplifier alone
its like you dont want good sound
Just bought those for 230€ and they are pretty much good for that price
No static noise or anything, sound clear even at max volume, bass powerful
I asked nothing more and i'm really satisfied of this small 5.1 system
>he doesn't like the boomy base
that isnt true bass probally dosent go to 19hz
I paid around 30€ years ago, they are completly fine but i cant listen often with too much bass/volume because of my neighbours
