It's usually 1GB per $1 at the minimum.
Nobody will even look at your bounty unless you offer at least 1GB total so don't be a cheap fuck with the bounty.
If you offer over 5GB, most people will look at it and it is very likely to get filled.
I remember finding this 2 year old request that was only 200MB. As soon as I brought that bounty up to 5GB, it was filled in a week's time.
