STOP RIGHT THERE
We've received reports about underutilized GPUs for web browsing. Only citizens who prove that they are fully utilizing their GPUs can pass through.

GET ON THE GROUND
suspect neutralized. lol cant even run fast with 1 thread.
Why aren't they accelerated?
My GPU is working hard non-stop to render the contents of the world wide web. :^)
STOP RIGHT HERE YOU CRIMINAL SCUM
But I am!
>chrome
>not using firefox which utilizes gpu everything by default
>Firefox
How do people still use this poorly made piece of shit past version 16 and take pride in it?
Holy fuck I'd rather use Edge.
I fully utilize my 980 playin vydia at 5670x1080
>Edge
>Hardware acceleration
It can't even decide which GPU to use.
but firefox is the best!!!
try this and post again
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --enable-native-gpu-memory-buffers --disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds
You can enable gpu rasterization in chrome:flags. From what I've read gpumemorybuffers option is only for chromeOS.
>implying I'm not using integrated graphics
doesn't work dude
:D
These madVR filter won't run on any ole card
What GPU are you using??? r9 290x here
buffers and rasterization is disabled on mine as well. should i even bother enabling it?
nvidia gt425m a laptop made in 2010. no worries, im sure you are having a better browsing experience in general.
GET ON THE FUCKING GROUND
ok. just weird that I can't enable it. I noticed there is an entry in the problems detected saying it's been disabled through command line. even tried enabling "Zero-copy rasterizer" and still doesn't turn green.
But with my vydia (amd 290), chrome becomes extremely slow and laggy when hardware acceleration turned on. So i can only browse web with full software rendering, or firefox. That's sad, i know.
shit
kek'd
what clusterfuck is this user. fix this shit and report back ASAP
its a chromebook mate, i have no idea how to deal with the little nvidia tegra 3 in here
dindu nuffin
>canvas
>flash
>video
>webgl
I try to avoid having any of those things show up in my browser, hardware accelerated or not.
chrome.exe" --enable-native-gpu-memory-buffers --disable-gpu-driver-bug-workarounds --flag-switches-begin --force-gpu-rasterization --num-raster-threads=4 --disable-features=AutomaticTabDiscarding --flag-switches-end
>.exe
I notice scrolling lag if a 1080p60fps livestream is open in another tab. However if I open up a separate browser window the scroll lag disappears.
just run it with those switches niglett. I like all operating systems.
dont worry we all have that scroll lag. that's the cost of fully utilizing your gpu.
cool thx. Good to know, I was worried it was some kind of amd driver issue.
Not only scrolling, it even freezes when opening new tab or showing alert popup. h264/webm video runs smooth and fast n true 1080p@60 no matter what, but interface perfomance drops out to unusable level.
I'm got exhausted fighting this shit and just switched to firefox. Still have no solution or even reasonable explatation tho. It's odd, i know.

Meanwhile at Google..

Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled

Edge is the only one using our GPU's properly.
I didn't realize this was an ATF thread.
enable natve gpu buffers if u wanna use intel gpu
enable gpu rasterization but dont force it, because chrome uses cpu when the page has a lot of text because cpu rasterizes text faster than gpu
Goddam Qualcomm fucking everything up again
is it better to use GPU for canvas? I switched it to CPU cause it's faster. Seeing everyone using GPU makes me feel a little left out but then again none of you use browser the way I do so I should be fine
Don't worry, I'm using my GPU to mine bitcoin as we speak.
try disabling zero copy rasterizer and use gpu
good boy
