3. Windows 2000

Windows XP
Windows Vista
Windows 7
Ubuntu
Kubuntu
Arch
Windows 10 (installed recently, just for games)

Love Arch, will probably be my go-to for awhile, if not forever. Trying Gentoo next, might be a bit much for me but we'll see. Want to try OSX, seems fun.

Oh, and my top 3 would be
1. NeXTSTEP
2. OS X 10.9
3. Debian
4. Vista (its really good for Windows)
And forgot to mention Arch before Elementary.

Also technically "Mac OS X" or "Windows 7" is just a version number. Like "RHEL 7," or "Linux Mint 17."
Technically, there are only two proprietary OS's, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS. There are many "distributions" of operating systems which incorporate the Linux kernel.

Well there are more than two proprietary OS's, just Windows and Mac OS are the main ones.

OS X

Windows 8.1

Lubuntu
Windows 10

Top 3:
1. Windows XP
2. Windows 7
3. Windows 10 (Pending)

Worst 3:
1. Lubuntu (I hate being a full-time babysitter for this OS. I thought computers were supposed to make work easier, not harder.)
2. Windows 8
3. Windows Vista

I would say that you could split Windows up in to at least 3 OS's, given that it was a DOS front-end up to 3.1, partially DOS-based for 95 and 98, and its own thing with the NT kernel from 2000-onwards.

DOS 2.1+
Win 3.1 for workgroups
Win 95B
Win 98SE
Win 2K
Win XP
Win 7
Win 10

I don't run a *nix workstation OS. I do *nix server administration, and I like to use CentOS and Ubuntu. Both have pros and cons.

Top 2 because there is only two in my opinion:
Windows 7 because improved Aero.
CP/M just because its revolutionary of its time.

When My Old P4 XP rig died I picked up an old Imac g3 for really cheap and used that
As my main machine for something of 4 years, it came with OS9 which I later upgraded the memory and
upgraded it to Tiger, After that I got my First ever Laptop, a 2009 Intel Macbook with Snow Leopard [Still have it btw]
My Dad handed me down an old Vista Machine and when that Died I built my current rig Which runs 7, I upgraded my Macbook to mavericks
For my last two years of highschool and it still serves as my Laptop.

Top 3:
Easily Windows 7
Windows XP
OSX Tiger

Worst Three:
2000 [I had it on a shitty old system so My experience with it was horrible]
Mavericks [Worst out of the three OSXs that I've used, Only upgraded due to end of support for Snow Leopard - However Last Good OSX, Yosemite/El Capitan can fuck right off]
OS9 [I couldn't do much other than light web browsing and word processing until I upgraded to Tiger]

I've only included the ones that I used daily for a month or more that weren't in a VM. I stopped using Windows after I tried 8.1 in a VM. Then I tried Windows 10. The privacy issues were what made me decide that I'm going to using GNU/Linux until the situation improves. I might never go back. Ubuntu is comfy.
