But if you don't recognize the value in source revision control, I don't know how to help you.

Its programmers equivalent of an artists portfolio. Also gives you a chance to collaborate with other programmers and learn in a different scale than you would at work or by your own.

That's internal stuff so it doesn't quite matter as much buddy. Sharing code is important if you're releasing something to the public.
