Can i install other distribution on my phone?

You didn't get my post
Can i install other distribution OTHER than android?
I know how to do it but I won't tell you
You're such a scumbag
I remember being really excited about the possibility of Ubuntu desktop on phones. Not the stupid Ubuntu phone OS, but that you could take your Android smartphone, and hook it up to a monitor to use with a bluetooth keyboard/mouse. Not sure why they never pushed that.
Ubuntu phone can be installed and used perfectly on Nexus devices. I did so myself.
And if memory doesn't fail me I saw Debian on a Nexus too.
More modern successor to that here: play.google.com
I'd install if I had an android phone with 2+ gigs of ram.
here you go you dumb cunt
Ubuntu Touch, Ubuntu Touch + KDE Mobile, Arch has been ported for the Nexus 7 tablet, Sailfish is GNU/Linux too I think.
Yes
FirefoxOS.
Android isn't GNU/Linux even though it uses the Linux kernel.
You're right, it's Gapps/Linux.
Busybox/Linux if you want to go full autismo and not just call it Linux
Or maybe it's toybox. Either way you get the point.
>he has GApps installed
Get a Nokia N9.
I have AOSP, but you still need GApps installed because there's not a freetard version of everything.
>need
>I don't use a smartphone for it's designed purpose
Just go buy an old nokia or Verizon env3. Or hell, even a Motorola Razor.
My phone is plenty smart without gapps. The only thing I can't do is play pokemans
