Hey!

Hey!

I need someone who can draw me an involute spline in CAD (preferably in DXF)

I've found some programs like eAssistant and WN10 but these are all expensive, and I only need one plate to draw.

The spline should be DIN 5482 module 2 48x44.

Thanks in advance!

How much u willing to pay?

if you've left the "faggot" part, I would say you're right, and wouldn't complain. Feel the difference

Cant find specs for DIN 5483 in my universities database. Do you have them?

It's 5482 I can see there.

The red minus means it is withdrawn, cant see details.

Oh I see, thanks anyways.

I've found this, but It's not enought information for me to draw in autocad. I'm not an engineer unfortunately.

Forgot to put on picture, Pressure Angle is 30°

I might be able to do it from that. It will be a .prt file though. Also, what is the thickness?

That would be great. 2mm. Maybe .stp file?

Okay dont kill the thread ill start in few mins

okay I'll try to bump this anyways. It's gonna be a clutch plate in an LSD in an old car, and I can't buy any unfortunately, but I work on a laser cutter so I can make one.

Do you want the external or internal spline?

Internal, like on the OP pic.

Then I need the outermost radius as well, thats not part of DIN DIN5482 I think

the machine I work on.

the plate's outer diameter is 74mm IIRC

Dude. It's for my own shit. I won't benefit anything from this, except running my hobby car. I won't explain to you, you're like full retard.

Why google didn't show up this for me? This should work, let me check thanks.

also, you can go to sites like solidcomponents (no registration required), traceparts, partcommunity and download a model of a gear.

I can't find internal splines sadly.
will check, thanks
