ABS plastic is generally heat resistant enough, just put the whole thing in an oven on 500 degrees for like 10 minutes.

Bake it in the oven. It's likely that one of the pip orbs broke inside the motherboard which is preventing it from booting up.
Baking out will out enough heat in for those orbs to hopefully reconnect tips and the laptop should boot.
Be careful, but only bake it at ~150 degrees for like 10 minutes max. Around 6 or 7 minutes should be fine.
