When uploading a new torrent that will certainly be autoleeched by seedboxes (like a 2016 music torrent), is it better to first upload the torrent to your own client, and then upload it to the site?

they have and used to ask for a requirement of 150+ weeks, which is the highest ever seen. i don't think HDB will start "mass" recruitment anytime soon tho, the userbase is very stable at this point
