What kind of stupid question is this?
Every time you use the term `open source' when you mean `software that respects user freedom', you do the free software movement damage.
Open source is a business model and speaks nothing of user rights.

virtualbox
mpc-hc
blender

Kill yourself, idiot. But first you might want to inform yourself about the differences and ambitions for the Krita and GIMP projects. That way you won't die being an immense idiot, but only a huge idiot.

You do realise that majority of users don't care whether or not they can do anything with their software?
All people want is to be sure that their software doesn't spy on them. We first need to accomplish that, then we can talk about free software. Right now that idea seems far extreme from reality.
