Exact predicament I was in a few months ago. I thought about it in the long run, how much will each choice cost? And if you go with the contract, are you ok with that minimum monthly cost / cell provider? In Canada a phone off contract would be about $500 with a nexus then a BYOD plan would be $35. Comparing a similar device to a nexus (in specs), with a 2 year contract and a $50-60 monthly, it came to be almost $250-$300 more. By saving money, having more plan freedom, but having to spend more up front, I was willing to do so.

The part that kills the OnePlus 3 for me is the fact that there is no microSD card slot. Other than that, the phone looks great. You'd be getting a huge upgrade in the GPU department and a small one in the CPU. I don't know why anyone would want to record 2k video, but thats my opinion. A small upgrade but probably noticeable in your camera megapixels. That's pretty much all I have to say for it. Don't know if the price tag suits the phone, but it does compete very well with newer phones in the price. Considering the ability to insert an SD card has been removed and the capacity being limited to 64 GB of storage, I don't think I will be personally getting this phone.

The Snapdragon 810 has well known overheating issues though, but I heard that Oneplus managed to smoothen the experience with recent updates, so it's a good buy.
If you somehow can bump your budget to €400, the OP3 is a no-brainer.
That's impossible senpai, if you can live without a microSD slot, get the Galaxy S6.
Otherwise a Oneplus 3, but it's big and there's no mSD slot either.
Only other thing I can think of is the Xperia Z5.

I've always been happy with using iphones and when I switched from an 5s to the s5 I was blown away at first. Well in the most videos/comparisons the iphone outshines the s7 in loading speed and especially reloading apps. The s7 had to reload almost every game while the iphone and them still storage. I prefer less ram with better optimization and thus better performance. And the nova launcher does shit. It's just for optics and won't boost performance that much
